Payment Procedure
- You can pay registration fee via bank transfer and online link.
- Please contact at respective conference email address for account details.
- Please remember that registration is completed when the conference fee is paid.
- Conference fee covers Access to All Day 01 Sessions, Coffee break & Lunch during the conference, and Conference Material.
- Authors/Attendees will receive the Proceedings and the Certificate of participation.
- All other expenses of the Authors/Attendees are not covered within conference fee.
- Conference organizers and sponsors are not liable for any other unforeseen circumstances and will not mediate in any Visa/travel/accommodation process due to varying bureaucratic policies of EU states.

Important Note
- Bank wire transaction charges are not covered by conference organizers.
- Must send your payment RECEIPT to the respective conference email address.
- The Student Authors/Attendee need to provide proof of student status.
- Conference fee is non-refundable.
- Please advise for your meal category (Vegetarian/Non-Vegetarian) when sending registration confirmation.
- If you wish your paper to be presented and published in EARC Publications, but you are not able to attend EARC Conference in person, you can register for a “Skype Presentation”. Please be assured that registered virtual authors will receive a copy of the abstracts Proceedings, a participation certificate and an invoice of the registration fee. We will send all these materials via email.

Refund Policy
- The registration fee received to European Academic Research Consortium is not refundable.
- If you have mistakenly pay more than required registration fee then we will refund within 30 days any extra amount you have paid.
Terms & Conditions
- Registration for the Conference is only complete and confirmed after receipt of the registration fees.
- Transaction charges will be borne by participant.
- Registration fee is Nonrefundable.
